A native Miamian, Danielle has a wealth of experience working as a Litigation Associate for Unitedlex Corporation, where she gained valuable legal experience managing complex MDL cases for Fortune Top 50 clients. During her time as a Litigation Associate, she specialized in developing innovative processes designed to streamline the review of millions of documents while protecting even the utmost confidential and privileged information of an individual client.
She also served as in-house counsel and legal consultant for several medical practices in matters pertaining to healthcare compliance, employment law, property acquisitions, and intellectual property rights. She was a legal intern at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, where she applied her knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations to proposed arrangements and relationships.
In addition, Danielle completed a judicial internship for The Honorable Gerald Hubbart of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida – Probate Division. In this position, she conducted legal research and prepared bench memoranda on civil and probate law; drafted case summaries and recommendations for judicial use in ruling on motions; and observed and assisted in courtroom proceedings and pretrial conferences.
Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Loyola University, New Orleans, where she was on the Dean’s List and was invited to become a member of the Eta Sigma Phi Latin Honors Society.
She obtained her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While pursuing her legal education, Danielle was a member of the student division of the American Bar Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She served as the Special Events Co-Chair of the Sports, Property & Education Law Association; the President and SBA Representative of the Hispanic Law Student Association; and was the Founding Treasurer and Charitable Director of the Animal Law Group. She also received her Westlaw and LexisNexis certification.
