Richard McAlpin serves as panelist at the Second Annual Cruise Industry Passenger and Crew Claims Seminar

Partner Richard McAlpin was a guest panelist at the Second Annual Cruise Industry Passenger and Crew Claims Seminar, co-sponsored by the Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee and ABA-TIPS Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee. During the day-long event, held October 17, 2018 at the University of Miami, Richard spoke as part of the Passenger Claims Panel. The seminar also included a meeting of the Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee, focusing on cruise industry claims management and crew claims panels, and a joint meeting of the Maritime Law Association Cruise Lines, Passenger Ships, and Marine Torts & Casualties Committees.
